Rechargeable violet laser pointers

Violet is the colour people ask about when they have already seen plenty of red and green dots. The 405 nm beam gives a deep purple-blue dot that looks quite special on a white wall or ceiling. In the Pro series you get it in an aluminium body with a rechargeable Li-ion battery and charger included – a rechargeable violet laser pointer you can use every day without buying batteries. Both models are Starlight Lasers lasers with an output up to 1 mW, laser class 2.

The V1 Pro is the full-size model: 15 cm, an 18650 battery, a charger and two safety keys. The V2 Pro is the compact version at 11.2 cm, with a 16340 battery and charger.

Violet is a short-distance colour. Indicative visibility: approx. 20 m indoors, approx. 10 m in daylight on a shaded surface, approx. 50 m at dusk and approx. 200 m in the dark. Perfect for the living room, the office or a gift box; for long range outdoors, choose green.

V1 Pro or V2 Pro?

Both share the same 405 nm colour and class 2 output, so the dot looks identical. The difference is in daily life: the V1 Pro's larger 18650 battery goes longer between charges, the V2 Pro is the one you will actually carry.

The V1 Pro is the one we would choose for a family home thanks to its safety keys, and it is the violet laser in our rechargeable three-colour set. The V2 Pro is lovely if you want violet in your pocket at all times.
