Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • We deliver to United Kingdom and the other countries you can choose at checkout and ship with PostNL.
  • Delivery time: 2–3 working days within this shop's country, 2–5 working days to other countries.
  • Any delivery charges are shown in your basket and at checkout, before you order.
  • As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the track & trace code.

Returns within 14 days

  1. Notify us of your return using the “Withdraw from contract here” button, within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Within one working day you will receive the return instructions by email. Please do not send anything back before you have them.
  3. Return the product within 14 days of your notification, complete with all accessories, using a tracked service. You bear the cost of returning the product.
  4. We inspect the product once we receive it. If it is in good condition, we will refund the full amount via your original payment method, at the latest within 14 days of your notification. If the product can no longer be sold as new, we will deduct the diminished value.

Defects and warranty

Our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If something is wrong with your product, first report it via the returns page with your order number and a short description, and do not send anything back before we have approved your report. We often send a new product straight away, without you having to return the old one. If we ask you to return the product, you do so at your own expense. If it does turn out to be faulty, we will replace or repair the product, or refund you, and reimburse your shipping costs. Your statutory rights in the event of a defect always continue to apply.
