Withdraw from (cancel) your contract

As a consumer, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Within that period you can withdraw from (cancel) the contract without giving any reason. You can do this directly online below.

What happens next?

1. After you notify us, you will immediately receive an email confirming your withdrawal, with the date and time.
2. Within one working day you will receive the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have them. After that, return the product within 14 days of your notification, complete with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. Send the parcel using a tracked service.
3. You bear the cost of returning the product.
4. We inspect the product once we receive it. If it is in good condition, we will refund the full amount, including the standard cost of the original delivery, via your original payment method, at the latest within 14 days of your notification. If the product is damaged, used or incomplete and can therefore no longer be sold as new, we will deduct the diminished value.
